Middle School

Founded in 1980, Horizon provides a safe, yet expansive space for the transition years. The 6th through the 8th grades are often considered the most difficult years for children due to rapid changes, peer pressure, and increasingly challenging school work. We make it safe for children to grow and flourish in a nurturing Christ-centered space. We provide positive reinforcement, cultivate strong social and academic environments, and teach personal responsibility to help prepare students for the rigors of high school and adulthood.

At Horizon Christian Schools, we provide a safe, welcoming environment, where children are nurtured academically, emotionally, and spiritually. We are committed not only to educating the whole child—mind, body, and soul—but to finding and developing each child's unique, God-given talents and gifts. Through a balance of nurturing and discipline, we both inspire children and teach them to be inspirations to others.
